Job duties:
Support Operations Finance Business Partner with weekly reporting & statistics
Support Operations in the analysis and interpretation of factory performance and overhead expenditure
To challenge the adequacy / accuracy through analytic review
Monitor Site overheads and liaise with departments to ensure the full year forecast is understood and controlled
Support the Operations Finance Business Partner in preparation of weekly variances and P&L reporting
Overall responsibility for the reconciliation and maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
Prepare and complete monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations with associated backing for review with Operations Finance Business Partner
Lead the month end process reviewing daily with the Operations Finance Business Partner ready for final review and sign of with the Financial Controller by end of working day 3 (latest)
The ideal candidate will have the following:
AAT Qualified or equivalent
Team player
Excellent attention to detail
Experience within Month - End duties and Analyst
