SalaryWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Central Cambridge who are recruiting for an Assistant Accountant on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be on a hybrid basis and offer excellent opportunities to progress in the future.
Typical duties include:
- Assisting with the production of month end accounts
- Processing invoices and reconciling payments
- Ensuring all data is collated and stored accurately
- Supporting company growth by continually looking to improve processes
- Assisting with profit and loss reporting and providing analysis where applicable
- Working closely with the FC to provide financial insight to finance and non finance stakeholders
- Supporting the day-to-day finance function with any other ad-hoc tasks
You will have:
- Minimum AAT Level 4 with desire to further studies if not already started
- Strong Excel skillset
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Experience in a similar role
