Ethstat are offering an exciting position for an Administration Assistant role to support the business and deal with all internal office administration, sales, supply chains and telephone calls. Heavily customer service focused, this role will suit someone who is used to working in a busy office, is proactive and manages their time well. This could include everything from generating quotes, negotiating pricing and lead times, managing supply chains and supporting the team with day to day tasks.
Attention to detail, adaptability and the ability to multi task on projects for the day is key.
The ability to send timely and appropriate, professional, but friendly email responses is a key skill we are looking for.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
Attention to detail with written and visual work
Completer finisher personality that gets the job done
Strong communication in both email and on the phone
Team player and someone who takes ownership of their role and completes the job
Working from our office in Croydon. Immediate start possible depending on your application
-Answering and making outbound calls and handling email enquiries
-Talking to customers to understand their needs and compiling quotations following customer requests in a timely manner
-Processing both sales and purchase orders and raising invoices
- Updating and maintaining Management Information Systems
- Dealing with elements of office administration
- Previous buying experience would be helpful.
- Assisting with ongoing projects
- Excel, outlook and word experience would be helpful
- Ability to take notes in meetings and communicate internally
- A strong team player
