Form of workOur client, a privately run pharmacy based in Peterborough is looking for an Admin Assistant to work on site full time for 12 months to support in running the administration of the pharmacy.
The job consists of;
- Checking information on documents.
- Updating Excel documents with correct dates.
- Data entry.
- Database management.
- Order processing.
- Ad-hoc office duties.
Attention to detail is absolute key for this position.
There is free parking on site.
This is a full-time role, based on-site Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm. There is a chance the role could become permanent after the initial 12-month contract.
