This role involves but is not limited to:
- Organising the Audit group inbox.
- Responding to enquiries via emails and phone calls.
- Requesting documentation ready for audit.
- Organising and filing paper and electronic files.
- Providing assistance in selecting and requesting files for audit.
- Working with the audit team to set the audit timetable.
- Assisting with collation of audit results data and maintenance of audit spreadsheets.
- Assisting with timetabling and chasing of completed corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Clear and concise communicator both written and verbally.
- Good IT skills, with a high degree of competency in using Microsoft packages such as Excel.
