Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a large manufacturer based in Haywards Heath in their search for an Assistant Accountant to join the team on a temporary OR permanent basis. A broad role, your duties will include, but not be limited to; Managing credit control - allocating payments, monthly statements, phone calls, letters etc. Assisting with the management of supplier and customer cashflows Raising client invoices, both in Clarity and in Sage Raising purchase orders and entering supplier invoices. Reconciling statements. Administration of expenses Administration of petty cash Managing company credit cards Undertake monthly accruals and prepayments reconciliations and journal entries Assist with monthly payroll and payroll journal entry Bank Reconciliation's. You will; Have experience within an all round accounts role Have excellent and demonstrable experience of MS Excel, Word and Sage 50 Be motivated Highly accurate and extremely well organised With the ability to work well under pressure to meet month end deadlines Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (FTE if temp) depending on experience Get in touch for more information; T: E:
