UK funded, African focused renewable energy platform. Join a small team in London to ensure compliance and governance across the platform's remit - multi jurisdictional, numerous regulatory authorities that requires a strong detailed oriented and accurate legal mind to juggle many moving parts.
Working across the organisation from a governance and compliance perspective, the role's overall objective is to support the Platform's Board to maintain regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions.
- Company filings and statutory reporting across jurisdictions
- Investee compliance (with specific understanding of UK/European and Saudi requirements)
- Enhancements to the governance frameworks, under tight deadlines and with constant moving targets
