You will contribute to precise and timely technical tax services.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and service clients within your portfolio.
* Maintain up-to-date tax department administration.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities through networking.
* Facilitate communication between departments, clients, and partners.
* Engage effectively with clients and meet agreed timescales.
* Conduct technical research for Directors/Partners.
* Assist Tax Directors and Partners.
* Oversee, train, and develop the team.
* Drive departmental initiatives and programs.
* Stay current with technical knowledge.
Requirements:
* Previous experience of working in accountancy practice in a similar role
* Demonstrate Continuous Professional Development (CPD) compliance.
* Effective people management and coaching skills.
* Communicate feedback constructively.
* Maintain accurate documentation and initiative.
* Embrace diverse perspectives and plan time effectively.
