Our client, a well-established firm of chartered accountants, is looking for a skilled Audit and Accounts Senior to join their dynamic team. You will contribute to precise and timely technical tax services.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and service clients within your portfolio.
-Maintain up-to-date tax department administration.
-Identify cross-selling opportunities through networking.
-Facilitate communication between departments, clients, and partners.
-Engage effectively with clients and meet agreed timescales.
-Conduct technical research for Directors/Partners.
-Assist Tax Directors and Partners.
-Oversee, train, and develop the team.
-Drive departmental initiatives and programs.
-Stay current with technical knowledge.

Requirements:

-Previous experience of working in accountancy practice in a similar role
-Demonstrate Continuous Professional Development (CPD) compliance.
-Effective people management and coaching skills.
-Communicate feedback constructively.
-Maintain accurate documentation and initiative.
-Embrace diverse perspectives and plan time effectively.
-Uphold high professional conduct and practice.
