- Business Partnering:
- Support Finance Business Partners in understanding financial results against Plan/Prior Year.
- Ensure effective communication of financial results and accurate flow of numbers to actuarial and financial processes.
- Work directly with underwriters to produce monthly/quarterly premium forecasts with detailed explanations.
- Business Plan/Forecast:
- Assist in the production of annual business plans and Syndicate Business Forecasts.
- Help generate reports reflecting historical and planned performance for various stakeholders.
- Essential:
- Understanding of general insurance financial processes.
- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong verbal and written reporting skills.
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of Lloyd’s insurance market and its processes.
- Essential:
- Exam qualified in ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CA.
