Service Care Solutions are seeking a Assistant Finance Business Partner on behalf of our client in West Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for maintaining and overseeing the production of monthly management accounts as per assigned areas.
• Providing insightful challenges backed by strong financial data to assigned budget holders and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear accountability and measurable performance.
• Executing month-end procedures, including journal preparation and reconciliation as necessary for generating meaningful and accurate management accounts.
• Assisting in the development and execution of the annual budget, ensuring a sturdy, affordable, and achievable budget is delivered promptly.
• Offering a customer-focused finance service, collaborating with the business to enhance operational performance. This facilitates effective decision-making and the realization of commercial outcomes to maximize the potential of the company.
• Influencing and educating budget holders across the business in understanding their financial impact and outcomes. This involves clear communication and providing appropriate training and support.
• Providing sound professional recommendations and financial guidance on accounting guidelines and standards, especially for non-financial professionals.
• Assisting the Financial Accounting team in delivering regulatory returns promptly and accurately.

Candidate Profile:

• Recognised Accountancy Qualification (CCAB) or relevant experience
• Willingness to study
• Ability to build relationships and adapt services to meet others needs without compromising quality
• Experience of management accounts production and reporting
• Great analytical skills
• Proven ability to convey and communicate technical finance information to non
