Job Title:Assistant Finance Business Partner
Location: Bradford
Salary: £36,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Provide budget holders with a robust Business Partnering service.
• Provide meaningful insight and solutions from a financial perspective.
• Support Senior Business Partner in delivering corporate and business objectives.
• Ensure clear accountability and performance measurement by providing critical and insightful challenge supported by robust financial data to assigned budget holders and other key stakeholders.
• Deliver month-end procedures, support the development and delivery of the annual budget, and influence and educate budget holders across the business in their financial understanding and impact on financial outcomes through clear communication and appropriate training and support.

Requirements:

• A recognised accountancy qualification or relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong management accounts production and reporting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
