- Supporting the Finance Business Partner in delivering strategic financial advice.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Supporting project teams with financial management and advice.
- Helping to ensure financial controls are maintained.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Participating in the improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Working with other team members to achieve department goals.
Profile
A successful Assistant Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
- Experience in financial Business Partnering.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
