Assistant Financial Accountant

Our client is looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant in a newly created role. A public sector organisation that are in the transport industry in the North of IK.
Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting with the productionof the periodic financial accounts including;

• Assist in themanagement of the intercompany process
• Assisting in themanagement of the balance sheet reconciliation monthly process.
• Assist in themanagement of the NRC Debtor / Creditor account
• Assisting with theannual and interim audits
• Process improvementand system development

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have:

• Experience in a similar role, with min 1-2 years\'experience
• Great people skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confident in Excel,SAP advantageous
• Commenced study andstudying towards CIMA or ACCA
