This leading international education provider, has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an inspirational leader to take on the substantial role of Assistant Head of Primary.
The successful candidate will bring a track record of dynamic leadership serving as Assistant Head in a large school or Deputy Head of a small school and preferably, have experience of working within the UAE.

Collaboration and cultural sensitivity is essential as you build nurturing and positive relationships with your team and the wider community. First-class communication skills and experience of transformational change is essential as you drive school improvement. 

The Role:
The core purpose of this role is to provide professional, highly effective leadership which will achieve outstanding results across the school. 

Requirements:

Education:

• Teaching Certification
• Master’s degree (preferred)
• Principal/Educational Management qualification 

Experience:

• 5 years’ school senior leadership experience 
• EAL / SEN experience 
• Leading Curriculum Development 
• Previous experience of working in the UAE or the GCC region
