Salary – Up to £28,000 Per Annum

Location – Liverpool with some travel to other offices + Hybrid 2 days from home

The Role

This role plays a key part in the HR function, involving provision of HR and employment advice to both managers and employees, facilitating the entire recruitment and onboarding process, and managing offboarding, including exit interviews. You will support managers with performance management, absence management, and facilitate return to work processes, including making Occupational Health referrals and implementing their recommendations.

Additionally, you will handle family leave, assist in policy review, produce reports, and manage HR records. The position requires involvement in HR projects, preparation of payroll information, and drafting formal documents.

You’ll be expected to possess CIPD L3 to be considered for this position.
