Assistant Management Accountant Opportunity

I'm looking for an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant who has started on their studies and is looking for support to gain full qualification and to grow in a large business with lots of progression opportunities

The Role:

• Production of department P&L and Balance Sheet
• Calculation of accruals and prepayments
• Support in production of Management Information packs
• Provide and drive insight into variances and commercial commentary
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of robust controls
• Cashflow analysis
• VAT accounting
• Track KPIs
• Many other ad/hoc opportunities to contribute

About You:

• It is preferred that you will have started formal accounting examinations and wish to progress to completion
• Experience of SAP and Power BI would be helpful but is not necessary
• Strong Excel skills
• Commercial mindset
