REED Accountancy Lancaster are looking to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant, to join an exciting Tech business based in the heart of Lancaster.
The successful candidate will be involved in the preparation of management accounts, financial analysis, and supporting the finance team in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day of the role:

• Preparation of Management Accounts including prepayments, accruals and monthly journals
• Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Analysis of budget variances
• Analysis & reporting of EV charging payments
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow forecasts
• Supporting decision making with analysis, insights, reporting and forecasting

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in the preparation of management accounts.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong passion for data and proficiency with Excel. CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Confident and assertive manner.
• Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment.
