My client, a leading Property Firm is looking for a Assistant Management Accountant to join their expanding team. The company has recently acquired a number of new business that will increase the revenue for the group function.
As a Assistant Management Accountant will be responsible for delivering for a high portfolio reporting directly into the Head of Finance. Other duties will consist of.
- Update both Sales and Purchase Ledgers.
- Upload payment run into the bank each week.
- Assist with year end audit.
- Bank reconciliation for month end.
- Treasury adjustment in the bank for month end.
- Reconcile overpayments with balance sheet.
- Depreciation, Accruals, Prepayments.
- Cashflow forecast for the next month.
- Issue month end WIP report.
- Maintain the payroll inbox and respond to any queries in a timely manner.
- Reset the payroll system throughout the month so it’s easier when beginning the monthly payroll process.
- Process any advances/travel loans/cycle to work scheme deductions based on 'Loans’ workings sheet.
- Proven work experience in finance.
- Great team player who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong Excel Skills.
