As a Assistant Manager what does the role entail:
Your day will consist of …
• Maintaining a high-profile operational presence and a high level of interaction with staff and customers.
• Assisting the Manager in achieving the financial targets for the facility across all areas of operation.
• Leading and developing the supervisory team to support the General Manager in achieving organisational aims and objectives.
• Playing a key role in producing and delivering a marketing and development plan for the centre.
• Ensuring the implementation of the Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
• Implementing systems which ensure the centre is presented, maintained, and operated efficiently.
• To co-ordinate and oversee the performance of the Centre Supervisors, including their designated areas of specific responsibility.

• You have experience working within a leisure facility/sector management, within public, private or voluntary sector
• You have good communication skills both written and verbal.
• You have a calm personable nature and find appropriate resolutions when handling conflict.
• You are a resilient and confident team worker who can work on their own initiative or work as part of a team.
• You understand the need for confidentiality with a professional and caring approach to work
• You can work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
