- As a Manager you’ll have a varied role, undertaking a broad range of tasks, collaborating closely with store associates and managing the director’s needs. Our aim is to help you develop a broad range of relevant skills and experiences and prepare for a potential transition to a role as a director. The Store Manager is responsible for dealing with customers and supervising sales associates, as well as analysing sales data and creating a budget to increase revenue. We are looking for candidates who have graduated or equivalent and relevant experience working in retail. The role involves
- Working hours: 5 days a week and sometimes weekend and 1 day work from home 9:30-5:30.
- Provide a pleasant and safe shopping environment.
- Maintain inventory.
- Identifying the needs and desires of consumers and potential opportunities.
- Handle people and situations appropriately.
- Mange sales growth
Skills and Experience Required
- A genuine interest in Tea and entrepreneurship.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, dynamic environment.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Previous marketing experience would be valued but not essential.
- A strong work ethic with high attention to detail.
- Project management and planning facilitation to ensure deadlines are met.
- A confident and charismatic personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
