Assistant Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. The role is permanent, working 42 hours per week supporting the Clinic Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Clinic.

The Assistant Manager will play a key role in Training and Development of the Team of Laser Therapists.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow;

- Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training and development;

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed;

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner;

- Supervise team members during shifts to maintain high-quality service standards;

- Collaborate with the Manager to create employee schedules;

- Maintain an organized work environment;

- Assisting the efficient and accurate management of the clinic finances.

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management;

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;

- Familiarity with aesthetic/beauty industry is a must;

- Self-motivated with ability to motivate and inspire others;

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels;

- Ability to meet tight deadlines;

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

- VTCT Level 4 Laser and IPL

The candidate needs to have a very good standard of education, able to work autonomously as well as within a Team, along with flexibility, assertiveness, and empathy.

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
