The Role
Madison Berkeley is excited to be working with one of the UK's top and largest built to rent (BTR) developers and operators in the UK. They are looking to grow their mobilisation and onboarding team which sits within the investment and asset management arm of the business. This is an all-encompassing hands-on role where you will work across the business including the development team, operations team, asset management team and procurement team to ensure new BTR schemes go live without fault. Another key element of this role will be looking at how to improve processes for future sites to improve efficiency.
We are looking for driven junior property professionals from either a property or project management background but will consider other candidates as long as they have the relevant experience.
Some of the key responsibilities will include;
- Conduct and lead on key projects within the Onboarding (OB)/Asset Management (AM) department to review specifications, product design and performance to update product specification and improve business efficiencies.
- Support the OB on delivery of pipeline by co-ordinating key department processes, planners, risk reports and stakeholder calls.
- Support Head of and director of department on key business strategy projects and roll out of process to wider business.
- Implement new strategies in line with department objectives to support the synergy between OB, AM and in particular Development departments.
- Review and identify areas for improvement in internal process, supporting revising current process and roll out of improvements.
- Assisting in data collection, development and analysis to enable proper decision making and goal setting.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of action plans to enable proper time, resource and process management.
