My Client, a Brighton based University, are seeking an experienced office administrator to take up the role of an Assistant Operations Coordinator for an ongoing temporary booking.
Main responsibilities:
- To serve as an initial point of contact and link between students, staff members, internal departments, and external contacts.
- To assist colleagues in providing administrative support for a range of activities undertaken by the School Professional Services team.
- Ensuring that the processes and services that the team are responsible for operate smoothly.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working in an office based administrative role.
- The ability to deal with situations involving anxious students and staff sensitively.
- Previous experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
Full time Office Based
£11.95 - £12.78 per hour PAYE (Dependant on experience)
£14.60 - £15.66 per hour LTD Umbrella (Dependant on experience)
