My client, a global leader in the Hygiene market, are looking for an Assistant Operations Coordinator to join their team in Newhaven.
As the Assistant Operations Coordinator based in Newhaven you will be focused on the systems and data required to ensure daily operations are efficient and effective across the group.
You will be responsible for inputting new part codes and maintain BoMs for new and existing products based on information provided. The Ideal candidate will have good experience working with Excel and ERP systems.
This role will involve varied interactions across the business including the ERP system and ECR system. The role will also support key business process such as New Product Development and In Market Development.
Main responsibilities for the Assistant Operations Coordinator based in Newhaven:
- Assist with entry of updates to master data held within the company systems
- Monitor exception reports to ensure accuracy of data and compliance with processes
- Assist with processing ECRs received from various departments in line with company procedure, ensuring all actions are captured, documented and processed in a timely manner
- Contribute to procedures and work instructions for operational software and processes
- Involvement in continuous improvement projects
Knowledge/Experience for the Assistant Operations Coordinator based in Newhaven:
- Experience of systems and operations within manufacturing organisation
- Intermediate IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (Desirable)
- Attention to detail
- Working to deadlines
- Time management
