I am looking for candidates with 2/3 years Team Assistant/PA experience under their belt to join a large travel media agency. Working collaboratively with a small team of PA/EAs, the ideal candidate will be a real team player, adaptable and adept at dealing with constant changing priorities.

Your duties will include:
- Dictation of important documents
- Assisting C-Suite team with correspondence where necessary
- Travel arrangements
- Diary management and meeting coordination
- Supporting the wider team where necessary
