About the role
This is an important supporting role to the Product and Proposition Managers, responsible for analysing internal and external products, providing insight on competitors and helping to recommend changes to our product range.
This role will also help to shape future propositions, assisting with external insight, analysing market trends and data, working with internal peers and stakeholders, all whilst ensuring we build customer centric products.
You will support larger projects and own smaller ones, ensuring we help to deliver meaningful changes to our commercial products and Propositions. Once delivered, you will conduct post implementation reviews and present finding to key stakeholders.
We are flexible on location and you can be based at any of our sites, with the requirement to travel when required.
About you
You’ll have a good understanding of how financial products work and create value for us and the customer. This will be coupled with strong analytical skills and you will be able to use data to help to inform product pricing decisioning
The role requires individuals who have experience working with products and Propositions (either in Mortgages, Commercial Real Estate or other financial areas), and requires good problem solving, analytical, data interpretation and planning skills.
This’ll be coupled with a track record of creating an incredible stakeholder network and a good understanding of the wider industry and key competitors
Alongside this, you will have great experience of delivering change, you’ll be comfortable communicating at all levels of the business and you’ll have a collaborative approach to making things happen.
