Assistant Quantity Surveyor Opportunity - Major Infrastructure Projects (UK)!
Are you a motivated Quantity Surveyor with a passion for construction?
We are recruiting for a leading construction company delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with financial control on a variety of projects.
- Analyze quotations and manage subcontractor procurement.
- Handle day-to-day financial tasks for assigned projects.
- Support senior colleagues in cost control and value for money initiatives.
- Contribute to the preparation of bills of quantities and applications/final accounts.
- Promote a positive and safety-focused work environment.
To be successful, you will have:
- A degree or Masters in Quantity Surveying (related disciplines considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
