Role: Assistant Site Manager
Location: Salford
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, stay on schedule, and adhere to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, providing support and gaining valuable experience in the industry.
• Contribute to project planning, procurement, labor management, health and safety, client communication, and overall project delivery.
• Work within a team of construction experts to ensure project success.
• Assist in planning and executing various construction projects.
•Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress and report on key milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Assist the Project Manager in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise.

Candidate Requirements:
• A degree-level qualification such as HNC or HND, or equivalent in a related field.
• Preferable Relevant experience on prime residential properties.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Unless requested from time to time to support the project
Project Details:
This role will be based out of the Salford Head Office but will be on site , on one of my clients projects in the North West.
