Assistant Site Manager

Working with a bespoke house building who are embarking on a project near Oxford. The project has around 3 years to go and is split in to 3 different phases. The project manager is looking to add an assistant to her currently work force.

The assistant must have SMSTS, CSCS + First aid. Ideally they would have been working in the house building sector for several years and be able to hit the ground running. There is a genuine opportunity of permanent work should this arrangement work for both parties although if an individual wanted long-term freelance this is also an option.
