Description
- Work closely with senior colleagues to prepare and file tax returns and reports for individuals and corporations.
- Support team members in tax research and planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Work and study toward a professional qualification; AAT, ATT/CTA, ACA/ACCA.
Profile
A successful Tax Assistant Associate should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. You may already be underway with an apprenticeship, or qualified by experience will also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of tax and a willingness to learn and progress your career in tax.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and client service skills.
