Are you looking for a new Assistant role supporting a Financial Advisor, working for a Financial Planner based in the City of London?

My client is seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and proactive Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for supporting a Financial Advisor, with an excellent opportunity become a fully qualified Financial Adviser.

What you will do:

As the Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to, preparation for all meetings, managing the CRM systems, managing action points from client meetings, inputting and updating financial reviews and managing the pipeline for the senior advisors. Additionally, you will carry out calculations for the clients and advisors, preparation of reports and business submissions.

What you will need:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being able to be calm under pressure and multi-task. This challenging role would suit a confident, motivated, and organised individual who has the passion to become a fully qualified Financial Advisor.
