Join one of Cirencester’s most established employers on a temporary contract as an Assistant to PA. You will play a pivotal role in contributing to the smooth running of operations, assisting the PA with providing support to senior stakeholders in the organisation.
Based in the beautiful Cirencester office, the role of Assistant to PA offers £15 per hour and a minimum temporary contract of 6 weeks. There will be occasion flexibility to work from home.
In the role of Assistant to PA you’ll be responsible for:
- Effectively managing inboxes, responding to queries and ensuring appropriate email organisation and delegation.
- Managing incredibly busy diaries, facilitating both professional and personal responsibilities and effectively resolving conflicts.
- Arranging business travel as required, including accommodation and hospitality as required.
- Creating documentation for meetings, correspondence, presentations and reports.
To be considered for the role of Assistant to PA you will need to have:
- Experience working with Senior Stakeholders in a corporate setting.
- Experience with Diary management.
- Proven experience working on highly confidential matters and in a professional manner.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple tasks, prioritising effectively.
- Confidence in working independently with minimal supervision.
- Innate flexibility and the ability to think on your feet.
The Role:
As Assistant to PA, you will provide direct administrative support to the PA to Directors. Contributing to the smooth running of operations, you will confidently and effectively manage multiple projects at once, including diary management, travel arrangements and assisting with documentation creation for various purposes.
You’ll be provided with full training to ensure you are able to work effectively and be part of a collaborative and supportive team. Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay and if you stay past 12 weeks of employment, benefit from a pay increase and be opted into our pension scheme. Many of our temporary workers have gone on to secure long term contracts or permanent roles with this employer.
