Your team
Your new team is a committed, collaborative, and innovative bunch. They’re designers, brand managers, content managers, and everyone who’s involved in the creative space – a group from more than seven different countries. They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. Your mission
In this role, together with your team, you’ll develop and execute comprehensive Brand Marketing, content, and communication strategies to increase brand awareness, enhance brand positioning, drive customer engagement, loyalty and growth. You’ll provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team that develops marketing campaigns, messaging and value propositions that effectively communicate the company's unique selling points and resonate with target audiences on a global and regional level.
You’ll manage the PR agency relationships, and work closely with our partners to ensure ROI and a steady flow of content. You’ll collaborate with the other internal marketing teams on creating all marketing collaterals. You’ll also monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Brand Marketing initiatives and campaigns, and optimize strategies to achieve business objectives.
Your story
- You’re able to work remotely from anywhere in the UK but feel comfortable and excited to come into our London office from time to time.
- You have 7+ years of experience managing Brand Marketing or communications for major tech, brand, or creative companies – bonus points for success in a scale up environment.
- You’re a strategic and creative thinker, who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage internal and external stakeholders, and effectively represent the company's brand.
- You have managed experienced teams in the past, and enjoy fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- You have experience running PR and collaborating with agencies.
- You make a point of staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand presence and competitive advantage.
- Your written and verbal communication skills in English are excellent.
