An innovative and dynamic Building & Project Consultancy is on the lookout for a strategic Associate Director to join their Leeds office.

The Associate Director Role

The new Associate Director will find themselves at an exciting juncture within the company. This role is not just about leading projects, its about being a cornerstone in the strategic growth and development of the business.

Working on small to large residential, commercial and land enabling projects, the successful Associate Director will come from a Quantity Surveying or Project Management background within a private practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to really show your strengths in providing an excellent service to valued clients whilst also growing & developing the business both locally and nationally for the group.

The Associate Director

• Quantity Surveying or Project Management background
• Eager to get involved in business development
• MRICS ideally or working towards
• Experience working with a private practice / consultancy
• Eager to grow and manage a team
