Form of workAn award-winning, international Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Director, from a Quantity Surveying background, for their thriving Leeds office.
The Associate Director Role
Joining a close-knit team of 15 quantity surveyors, the new Associate Director will work within the thriving property division and will take on an extremely varied pipeline of projects including Education & Higher Education, Student Accommodation, City Centre Redevelopments, Residential, Hotel and Healthcare schemes.
The successful Associate Director will ideally have experience working in a Project Management or Employer's Agent capacity.
A project and team focused role, the Associate Director will help the region achieve their goals whilst also getting involved in winning working, business development, networking. The Partners are flexible on the role itself and will accommodate to the goals and aspirations of the individual.
With a proven track record of internal progression, the new Associate Director will have uncapped opportunities long term to Director and Regional Director beyond that - a clear path is available.
The Associate Director
- MRICS ideally or working towards
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- Quantity Surveying background within Consultancy / PQS Firm
- Project Management or Employer's Agent experience is ideal
- Property background
