Associate Director

We are looking for a talented and dedicated practitioner to join us as Associate Director. We welcome applications from candidates of diverse and versatile artistic disciplines - this might include directors, designers, curators, dramaturgs, and engagement practitioners.

The Associate Director is a key member of Tara Theatre’s team working closely with the Artistic Director to generate ideas for the future and deliver projects and events across all strands of our programme working with artists - young, emerging, community and professional.

They will imagine and support the delivery of our Artist Development programmes and events and develop new and existing relationships. They will support and expand Tara Theatre’s network of freelancers. They will be committed to our artistic model - a contemporary and democratic space, a centre for a community of participants, artists and audiences from the hyper local to the global.
