At the Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA), we have a great opportunity for an Associate IT Operations Analyst to join one of our forward thinking and progressive teams based at Corsham, giving you a fantastic chance to form an integral part of our Information Management & Information Technology (IM&IT) team.
This role will support the delivery of high quality, complex IT services. You will be working closely with the operational teams to ensure customer service is at the core of the IT services we deliver, and that end-user requirements are understood and clearly communicated. Working alongside the IT Operations Manager, you will establish and support the continuous improvement of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) aligned processes.
You'll be an integral part of a growing team and will have the opportunity to identify improvements in existing report sets, and use your skills to analyse data to derive insights, identify trends and inform proactive service management. Specialist training is available to allow you to develop in the role.
For security reasons this role is open to sole UK nationals only. A ‘sole UK national’ refers to an individual who holds citizenship solely in the UK, without dual citizenship or nationality from another country. We’re unable to offer visa sponsorship.

Obtaining DV security clearance can be a lengthy process. You’ll join us once Security Check (SC) clearance is obtained, and then the more enhanced DV checks will continue after you’ve started your employment. If SC clearance isn’t obtained within 12 months, we reserve the right to withdraw any conditional offer made.
At the SDA, we champion flexible ways of working. Regular in-person attendance is required to promote the benefits of face-to-face collaboration alongside flexibility of hours to support work-life balance however, due to the nature of this role you will be required on site for a minimum of 4 days per week.
