This role will require:
- Contributing to the production and finalisation of responses across different asset classes / investment disciplines.
- Working collaboratively with senior specialists and team members from our managed services provider as well as across LGIM, especially the Sales and Investment teams.
- Developing understanding of the investment philosophy, processes, and performances of LGIM’s products.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting the senior specialist with the preparation and finalisation of responses for review using standard, pre-approved content.
- With senior oversight, communicating with business partners and SMEs (e.g., Investment Management, Distribution, Performance Measurement, Legal & Compliance, etc.) to verify appropriateness of content during drafting process.
- Adhering to the project timeline, highlighting any challenges to stakeholders, including senior specialist(s), opportunity manager(s), and SME(s)
- Using content management database to locate and use the correct content for assigned questionnaires/submissions
- Seeking to improve your product and investment management knowledge through collaboration with senior specialists, other team members, and different SMEs.
Qualifications
- Financial and technical writing skills, particularly any editorial skills preferred but non-essential
- Proficient with MS Office Suite required and any other editing tools or content management systems (e.g. Qvidian) would be an additional benefit
- Project Management and organisational skills or adaptability to work to timelines and manage workloads
- Any investment knowledge of capital markets or institutional investment would be an added benefit
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across disciplines (not necessarily in Investments/Finance)
- Educated to degree standard and willing to work towards Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certifications
