Highly regarded, establish legal firm with a network of offices throughout Scotland has an immediate opening for a Scottish qualified Family Law Solicitor join their expanding Family Law team.

Interesting and varied role, dealing a wide variety of cases including; separation agreements, divorce actions, residency and contact disputes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ pqe and experience with family law, financial provision on divorce and child law, Court of Session experience would also be beneficial.
