Position: Associate Planner
Location: Leeds/Sheffield
 
Are you  to take on a pivotal role within our dynamic planning team and help shape the future of our company? Carrington West's client are seeking an Associate Planner on a full-time, permanent basis in their Leeds office.
 
Overview:
 
As they continue to expand, our client has an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced Town Planner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be working in collaboration with colleagues across various locations and involvement in projects nationwide.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
 
In the role of Associate Planner, you will operate under the guidance of senior staff while also having the chance to take the lead on projects. Your responsibilities will span a range of development plan/policy and development management work.
Demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will engage with clients extensively, attending networking events to expand personal contacts and promote the company. A self-motivated individual, you'll be energized by the opportunity to build your client base and play a significant role in the company's growth.
 
Qualifications:
 
Candidates must have a minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience, ideally in both private and public sectors. Candidates should also be a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
