We are currently seeking an Associate or Associate Director, Cash Prime Brokerage Product Owner to join the desk in London.

Responsible for developing the global Cash Prime product, working for the Lead Cash PrimeProduct Owner. Cash Prime is a key strategic growth area for the Securities Financing business.
Product Owners collect and prioritise requirements from multiple stakeholders incl. clients, the global Securities Financing business and front-to-back support functions. They ensure the platform evolution enables and supports the Securities Financing business and client strategy in terms of functionality, capability and front-to-back capacity, working closely with Securities Financing technology to successfully deliver.
Key Accountabilities:
Accountable to the Securities Financing business for ensuring that:
- Working with key stakeholders across sales, business, and COO, ensuring the Cash Prime product vision, strategy and delivery roadmap is well-defined and widely understood, defining key business requirements, defining success in measurable terms and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery, serving both external (e.g. clients and regulators) and internal (e.g. Sales desks, Trading desks and front-to-back, particularly Client Management, Operations, Finance, Product Control, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Non-Financial Risk (NFR) etc.) stakeholders.
- The Cash Prime product vision, strategy and delivery is well-co-ordinated with the overall Securities Financing product vision, strategy and delivery – ensuring a commercial lens is applied.
- Both external and internal front-to-back requirements are well-understood and appropriately prioritised within the Securities Financing delivery on an on-going basis.
- Managing competing priorities on an on-going basis – ensuring resources are re-directed dynamically to maximise output
- The Securities Financing business is able to take an increasingly quantitative approach through increasingly use of e.g. data analytics, cloud compute and AI.
- Operational risk and cost is minimised front-to-back through an on-going focus on remediating existing issues plus increasing STP and automation.
