Attendance Officer - Dartford - Immediate Start

A popular Primary School within Dartford is looking to appoint a full-time Attendance Manager to undertake all administrative tasks associated with the recording, management and monitoring of attendance; working with pupils and their families to improve attendance.

The hours of work will be 8am to 2.30pm.

You will need to be a highly efficient individual with outstanding attention to detail.

This is a full time role that will be rewarding to the right individual, You will be directly supporting the Deputy Headteacher for Pastoral, as well as working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Director of Behaviour and Heads of Year.

The ideal candidate will need to be well-organised and have a flexible approach to tasks. Specific training on the school systems will be provided but you will need to be resilient under pressure and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience within a similar role and using Arbor or SIMS is a huge advantage but is not essential, having a highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills is.
