Audience Development Plan - Consultant

In commissioning an Audience Development Plan we would expect its creator to:

• Create a forward looking plan (3-5 yrs) with a clear mandate both from the Mowlem and the community it serves to act upon it.
• Analyse the extent of 'need' within all sections of the community but paying particular attention to those who do not normally engage with the arts.
• Propose a road map for reaching out to answer that need
• Consult with and sign up trustees and other key stakeholders (including Swanage Town Council)
• Consult with and sign up staff, and volunteers particularly those working in marketing and the box office to devise appropriate systems and set out clear means of capturing audience data.
