This Business Development Director will focus on securing net new business for a global Technology Consulting leader.

With a team of over 5000 professionals they serve enterprise clients across the Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Media & Entertainment, Education and Manufacturing sectors
• As part of their ambitious growth plans, our client is looking to expand their sales team in London
• This team will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and driving new business expansion

Description

• Responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, identifying, and closing new business deals
• Creating and executing a sales strategy to meet revenue targets
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships with C-level contacts to drive Business Development

Profile

A successful Business Development Director should have:

• 10+ years of experience selling IT consulting and software development services in a "hunter" sales role with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and market penetration
• Track record of selling innovative digital and technology consultancy
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team

Job Offer

• A salary of £110,000 - £130,000, plus commission
