- This team will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and driving new business expansion
Description
- Responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, identifying, and closing new business deals
- Creating and executing a sales strategy to meet revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with C-level contacts to drive Business Development
Profile
A successful Business Development Director should have:
- 10+ years of experience selling IT consulting and software development services in a "hunter" sales role with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and market penetration
- Track record of selling innovative digital and technology consultancy
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Job Offer
- A salary of £110,000 - £130,000, plus commission
