Responsibilities
•            Project management of various legal cases, liaising with solicitors and CIPD qualified HR Consultants.
•            In charge of sales activities towards the existing clients and the prospects
•            Liaising with the clients in Japanese, translating legal or HR advice when necessary. Interpreting legal and HR advice within the meeting when necessary.
•            Collaborating with the marketing team, organising seminars, and contacting clients. Attending networking events.
•            Acting as a project leader of various legal cases and enhance internal communication between each department. In charge of cross-selling activities.
•            Business trips within the UK when necessary.
 
Qualifications:  
•            Bachelor's degree holder
•            Working experience in Japan for at least a few years is a must.
•            Corporate sales experience is useful, CIPD qualification is also useful.
•            Need to be a native level Japanese speaker with fluent English level.
•            Proficient in Microsoft Office
•            Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. Someone who can adjust himself/herself in fast-paced working environment.
•            Motivated and driven to hit targets.
