Job Description
- Leading and managing a diverse portfolio of audit engagements.
- Ensuring all audits are completed to a high standard and within agreed time frames.
- Delivering high-quality service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Driving the growth of the Audit department through business development activities.
- Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the firm.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Director should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
- Extensive experience in the professional services industry, particularly within the Audit department.
- Proven track record of leading and managing audit engagements.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- A commitment to ensuring high standards of client service.
