We’re looking for an imaginative and supportive Teaching Assistant who wants to make a profound impact in a young child’s life. The classroom setting allows the children to have a structured environment but can be creative a fluid in their learning along side their teaching assistant. The children are aged 4 to 19 and across all three sites have a mixture or needs. These include, social, emotional and mental health as well as autism. An open-minded candidate is wanted as the needs of the children vairy and require to be supported in various ways.
The role begins ASAP and will be full time – Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm
£11.85 /hr
Multiple locations: South of Bristol including Hartliffe, Withywood and Brislington
The Academy is Bristol based and split into 3 schools in 2 postcodes: BS4 and BS13. All schools take the same approach to learning which is to think outside the box and to make learning new and fun every day.
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
• Be proactive and creative in their approach to teaching.
• Be confident working with challenging behaviour and physical needs.
