ITS are recruiting for an Office Administrator / Receptionist based in the Hereford area.
Proven experience as an office administrator, receptionist, office assistant or relevant role. Ideally working or having worked in the automotive industry. Some basic mechanical knowledge will be required.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
A good level of competency with Outlook Microsoft word and Excel is also needed.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Good interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
The ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels as you will be dealing with a variety of people.
Monday - Friday, no weekends - 8.30am-5pm each day.
This comes with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Salary range will be between 21,500- 23,000 (Depending on experience).
