- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Assisting with project work, such as research and presentation preparation.
- Handling communication with clients and managing the diary.
- Organising meetings and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
- Preparing reports and presentations as required.
- Handling confidential information in a professional manner.
- Assisting in ad hoc tasks as required by the team.
Profile
A successful Office Manager should have:
- Experience in a similar administrative role.
- Front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
